JAGS HOST 2013 NCAA SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS – Fri- Sun, Jaguar Field
South Alabama is hosting the Regionals, with Florida State, Mississippi State, and Mississippi Valley State. It’s a 3-day, double-elimination tournament, with 2 games Friday, 3 on Saturday, and the Regional Championship on Sunday. CLICK HERE

FIESTA SAND SCULPTURE CONTEST – Sun, Registration at 8am, judging at 2pm, Pensacola Beach, behind Gulfside Pavilion
The competition is free and the public is invited to vote for their favorite sculptures in the “Peoples Choice” Award. Two members of the Travel Channel show “Sand Masters” …professional sand sculptors Rusty Croft and Kirk Rademaker…will be there for a demonstration and to provide lessons to contest participants throughout the day.
