JENNIFER NETTLES is officially a mom.  She gave birth last Thursday to a boy . . . and promptly burdened him with the name Magnus Hamilton.  Jennifer said, quote, "We are so thankful for all the prayers and support and are excited to take some time together as a new family."  (Country Weekly)

HILLARY SCOTT announced on Twitter that she and her husband Chris Tyrrell are expecting.  She wrote, quote, "Chris and I are excited to announce that our Christmas gift has arrived a little early this year!  We are having a BABY!  We feel so blessed!"

KRISTEN CHENOWITH told GAC that it was her goal to return for a second time to co-host tonight's "American Country Awards" with TRACE ADKINS.  She said, quote, "We have this crazy chemistry that people enjoy.  I enjoy it myself, and I was bound and determined to not lose that date.  That was my goal, to be there for that."
