Chris Dillon, a local Foley Lions football/baseball player, has been recently diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia. He has been sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis to undergo treatment. Chris will be 16 on October 13th.
To show support for Chris and family, we're going all ORANGE for a few upcoming events!
This Friday (October 12th): Fairhope vs Foley is the game of the week. Fairhope players will show their support by wearing orange wristbands. In fact, our own Dan Brennan will join in the wristband action as well! If you're going to the game, wear ORANGE no matter which side you're cheering for!
Friday, October 19th: Foley is planning to "ORANGE OUT THE STANDS" in support of #28 Chris Dillon. He has a long, tough road ahead...they are selling orange shirts and bracelets to help the family.
